Jesse London operates as a dropshipping store. We want you to know exactly what that means before you order.

What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping means we do not hold our own stock. When you place an order, it is sent directly to you by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse in Ningbo, China, where our products are manufactured. There is no warehouse or middleman in between: the product travels straight from the manufacturer to your door.

This is how we keep our prices low and shipping free. It also means delivery takes longer than from a UK warehouse: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 8 to 10 business days, so you receive your order at the latest within 13 business days.

Returns

Because our products ship from China, returns must be sent to our fulfilment partner's warehouse:

If you return an order because you changed your mind, you bear the return shipping costs yourself, estimated at £18 to £26 depending on carrier and weight. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover all costs instead.
