How the periods work
The period for telling us starts on the day after delivery and runs for 30 days (we voluntarily extend the 14-day legal period where it applies). From the day you tell us, you have a second period of 14 days to send the goods back; dispatch within that period is enough. Goods are returned to our fulfilment partner's warehouse: Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315100, China.
